Kristoff St. John’s daughter files to control estate after he dies without a will

Kristoff St. John‘s eldest daughter is requesting control of her late father’s estate after he died without drafting a will.

Kristoff also left behind daughter Lola St. John. His son, Julian St. John, died by suicide in 2014.

Kristoff’s ex-wife and Paris’ mom, boxer Mia St. John, is also weighing her legal options because she believes the mental health facility that cared for the soap star before he died didn’t treat his mental illness properly and discharged him too soon.

The late actor’s autopsy report, obtained by Page Six, stated that he suffered from a history of alcohol use, bipolar disorder and suicidal ideations. The Los Angeles County Coroner also confirmed to us that he died of hypertrophic heart disease. Other “significant conditions” were the effects of ethanol and myocardial bridging of the left anterior descending coronary artery.

Kristoff’s death was declared an accident.

He was pronounced dead at the scene on Feb. 4 after friends called police and paramedics to his home. He was 52.
