In case you're unaware, beloved UK comedy Mr Bean finally made it to Netflix last month.

The sitcom – starring Rowan Atkinson, who also wrote the series alongside Love Actually and Blackadder writer Richard Curtis – is now available for fans to stream and new viewers to discover online.

And, while rewatching the classic comedy, one viewer made an awesome discovery about the show's theme tune when he put the subtitles on, revealing that the Latin choral song that opens every episode actually means something.

The viewer then shared his findings on Twitter, writing: "The subtitles on the Latin opening theme have revealed that the actual lyrics are simply: 'Behold the man, who is a bean.'

"After 28 years my mind has been blown to pieces and I laughed so hard."

In fact, there are four different lines sung throughout each episode – at the beginning, at the end of part one, the beginning of part two and one at the end – and they're all equally as informative.

"Behold the man, who is a bean," opens the show, followed by "end of part one", "part two", and then each episode rounds off with: "Farewell, man who is a bean."

Who knew, eh?

Later this year, Rowan Atkinson will be back as another one of his hapless creations, accidental secret agent Johnny English.

The third movie in the series is called Johnny English Strikes Again, and finds Johnny being called out of retirement to re-team up with his devoted assistant Angus Bough (Ben Miller).

This time, however, Johnny has more to overcome than just his accident-prone nature as he tackles the challenges of modern technology to find the mastermind hacker behind a cyber attack.

Mr Bean is available to stream on Netflix in the UK now, Johnny English Strikes Again is released in UK cinemas on October 12.
